THE JOURNEY to freedom BEGINS WITH ... SOULY YOU ...
BECOMING FREE MEANS TAKING A STAND FOR YOURSELF
In spite of what you might have been told, you are in control of you. The key is knowing that your control over your life requires taking action. You must invest in you and be your own activist.
Whether attention is needed on body, mind or soul, our best efforts begin in thought so this is where we will begin. Also, all - body, mind and soul - are perfectly and beautifully connected. They actually work together.
Clearly, other people play major roles in your life. You have family, a boss, a teacher or someone in your life who has some authority over aspects of your life. We all do but let's be clear about something. Having authority over some factors in your daily existence is not the same thing as controlling you.
It has long been said that how we respond to circumstances determine how those circumstances, ultimately, play out.
All things desired begin with commitment in thought. But action is also required. After all, a desire without action is, merely, a wish. This shaping of what we want to create begins
within, not outside ourselves. Family, friends and others do not control what ultimately happens to us.
Intent carried out with commitment, diligence and consistency will prevail. It is when we
allow distraction or inference that our best intents can be thwarted. So, where do you begin? With a foundation.

Who Are You?
Simply put, your values in life will always serve as the foundation for everything you think, say and do. What you say, think and do are reflections of who you are. The things you think, say and do are not just responses or reactions to people and events. Your responses and reactions, essentially, demonstrate your values.
“Who am I?” We seldom ask ourselves such soul-searching questions. Too often we fall into routines. And those routines could have grown out of others’ expectations for us. Whatever the source, deciding who you are or even learning who you are is your task and yours alone. And it is never too late to define who you are and continuously strive becoming your best you.
This is not a trip or an occasion or even an isolated task. No. This is a journey. A journey in the soul -- your soul -- because it is here that you will discover, and continue to discover, your essence. Living your essence is where your power lays.
So, let's embark your journey to empowerment by discovering souly you.
